Description
XvidQP is a tool that will give you a hint on the quality of an encoded Xvid MPEG-4 AVI without requiring any stats file. It is intended to be easy to use, yet very complete in it's analysis process to provide the end-user with as much quantization statistics as possible.

Limitations
The Xvid Quantizer Parser will NOT work properly with all Xvid builds that have implemented B-Frames, whether they are used or not for the encoding process. The reason for this is that we parse the quantization values byte-wise in each frame's binary data. Therefore, ANY difference in headers results in incorrect quantization value being obtained from the frame. We are currently looking to support these builds. Symptoms that you used an unsupported build include quantization values above 32 (sometimes up to 255).
